Essent needed an integrated solution for the CRM and billing activities, ready to address the complexity of the deregulated market, without burdening their employees working in the system. Project Dynamo was set up to implement a CRM and billing system that fully supports Essent’s primary business objectives: a flexible and integrated solution with high customer satisfaction.
Previously, Essent needed to run different scripts to consolidate data from different legacy IT systems. The checks whether all data were combined correctly had to be done manually. This inevitably led to errors and data inconsistencies.
In the new MECOMS™ system, all data is stored in one system, which removes the need for manual consolidation. More importantly, data which does not need manual intervention will not be shown in the work list of an operator.
