MECOMS™ CRM offers customer care staff a 360° cockpit view for a quick and complete view on all information related to a customer. From meter readings and consumptions, to contracts, invoices, payments, customer interaction moments, installations, repair, and maintenance.
A state-of-the-art screen enables real-time completion of all Move-In/Out procedures, such as final invoice, contract creation and catch up of payment advances, while the customer is on the phone. MECOMS™ Utility Portal
The MECOMS™ Utility Portal is a set of web services that integrate in any website to allow for Self Service Meter Data Collection, Master data Management, Electronic Profile presentment, Electronic Bill Presentment and Service request handling.
The web services can be integrated in any web platform. The standard preferred platform is Microsoft SharePoint or SharePoint Services.

MECOMS™ Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
This telephonic customer interaction channel automates the answering of basic customer enquiries and routes the complex questions to the right customer care employee.
MECOMS™ IVR seamlessly interacts with the main MECOMS™ system, by retrieving the necessary data in real-time.
MECOMS™ Set Top Box
The MECOMS™ Set Top Box is a digital TV Customer Interaction Channel. It allows customers to use their TV remote to consult their consumption profile and invoices on the screen. It offers a rich user-interface and connects to the MECOMS™ back-end system.
When the MECOMS™ Set Top Box is combined with smart meters, the available data is nearly real-time. This offers the customers meaningful insights about their energy consumption and ecological footprint.
MECOMS™ Surface
The MECOMS™ Surface offers a novel subscription method for "brick-and-mortar" sales outlets.
It is a multi-touch and multi-user interface, enabling a more natural and social way to interact with a computer.
The MECOMS™ contract builder application runs on this device. It invites visitors to enter the store and explore the offerings of a supplier.
Once interacting with the device, visitors can quickly request a proposal by answering a few easy questions. When they like their proposal, they can seamlessly subscribe by dragging their digital ID card onto a form. The surface application is connected to the supplier’s MECOMS™ system, allowing seamless integration with the Customer Care and Billing back-office.
Using the Microsoft Surface is much more intuitive than regular web-based PC interfaces and it attracts plenty of curious visitors to the store.
The Surface empowers those who are unfamiliar with computers, while tech-savvy people will be delighted to play around with its novel interaction methods. With the MECOMS™ contract builder, shop assistants are able to simultaneously guide the subscription of several customers, thereby increasing the efficiency of the point of sale.
