Brabant Water selects MECOMS 365 as strategic platform for the implementation and management of a Customer Information System
MECOMS (a Ferranti company) is delighted to welcome Brabant Water to the family of MECOMS 365 customers. The Dutch water market has always been an important segment for MECOMS which has resulted in a fit to purpose solution for water customers that can now benefit from the strengths of the Dynamics 365 cloud platform.

Brabant Water wants to safeguard the continuity of its billing and CRM activities with MECOMS 365 as its new customer information platform. Furthermore she expects to improve business flexibility and customer self service with MECOMS 365. Final migration from the current in-house built application to MECOMS 365 is planned to take place by the end of 2020.
In the selection process Brabant Water was looking for a proactive partner that could help them in the process to achieve this ambition and modernize their IT architecture.
