You can train MIA to get to know your customers. She’s a quick study when it comes to learning your specific business rules and best practices. The package comes pre-trained for the utilities business but specific jargon and connotations can be added easily.

If a customer requires information on his product, he can ask MIA. She will give all details on the products and support the customer on an eventual switching process.
